Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Due to the size and nature of the product:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Please note that return shipping costs for large items may be significant. 

Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement.

Warranty

All lamps are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use with recommended power inputs.

The warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

- Damage resulting from use with non-recommended power adapters or cables

- Water or moisture damage

- Normal wear and tear

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion, in accordance with consumer law.
